All Clearview PVCu windows are steel reinforced to comply with British Standard BS7950/7412 (formerly PAS011:1994) Improved Security for Domestic Dwellings. All material used conforms to BS1449, BS EN 10143 and BS 2994.
Shootbolts,
espagnolette and claw hook locking devices are fitted as standard to the
Clearview PVCu window. These are manufactured from stainless steel and lock into stainless steel keeps. A unique additional security feature is that the shootbolt also has espagnolette rollers, making it one of the most secure fasteners on the market.
All sashes on a Clearview PVCu windows have specifically designed claw locks fitted
as standard, to prevent the sash from being jemmied open. this, together with our high security stainless steel hinges, provides for the absolutely highest security on any window.
All our windows are slim line internally beaded
which makes removal of the glass from outside
impossible.

our doors have a 5 point locking system fitted as
standard. Solid steel hook bolts engage at the top, middle and bottom of the frame. The operating handle is itself deadlocked by key. The cylinder used is of high security standard.

KAPCEL 70mm fully sculpted window and door system.
Other security features include: Fearless Hinge
Bolts as standard. The locking of the door is
simple but very secure. When the handle of the
door is lifted to the lock the door, the doors
hooks and rollers at the top and bottom of the
door engage, the fifth locking device is provided
by the turning of the door key and engaging the
dead bolt.
